In a significant push to Make in India initiative, Bengaluru-based Dynamatic Technologies bagged a contract from Airbus for manufacturing all the doors of its narrow body A220 family of aircraft. The deal was declared at a function which marked the presence of Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on February 08.It is to be noted that this is one of the single-largest export contracts for an Indian aerospace manufacturing company.During the function in Delhi, Rémi Maillard, President & Managing Director of Airbus India & South Asia, presented an A220 aircraft model to Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M Scindia.MoS Civil Aviation and Road Transport and Highways General VK Singh (retd) and CEO and Managing Director of Dynamic Technologies Udayant Malhoutra were also present.
