The Stamps & Registration department, officials said, will soon start a pilot in Tumakuru and Belagavi districts before extending the facility to other districts.
The government, the CM said, will open some sub-registrar offices on Sundays for the convenience of the public.
The government will also roll out a programme for integration of software related to registration of immovable property.

A certificate is generated at the comfort of home by providing a wedding invite, video, and Aadhaar. One more step towards transparency and service delivery,” the minister tweeted.
Bengaluru South MP (BJP) Tejasvi Surya posted on X: “Lakhs of marriages go unregistered due to the hassle of visiting govt offices for a certificate. Welcome move by Shri @krishnabgowda for making the marriage registration process digital & citizen friendly, enabling newlyweds receive certificate at comfort of their home.”
