This British salt brand is a staple for the duchesses. Not only is it a critical cooking ingredient, it also is important for hydration and blood pressure regualtion, according to Healthline. It can also aid digestion and improve skin conditions when added to baths.

2. Terroni’s marinated chilies

Meghan’s favorite condiment is a red chili oil marinade that originates from Southern Italy. The brand bills the product as a “mouth watering” “staple condiment.”

3. Almond milk
