Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, on Saturday announced that it has incorporated a new entity named Celeritas International FZCO in the UAE.

With an authorised and paid-up share capital of AED 100,000, Celeritas is set to operate in the Jebel Ali Free Zone. However, it has not yet begun business activities, the company said in an exchange filing.

Adani Airport Holdings holds a 74% stake in Celeritas, and no related party transactions are involved in this acquisition.
